PAYMENT TERMS:
The Buyer makes payment for the Commodity as follows:

-30 % of the total value of the Shipment (according to the Specification for the Shipment) within 5 (five) bank’s days from the moment the Seller sends to the Buyer fax or e-mail copy of the invoice on the payment.

-70% of the total value of the Shipment (according to the Specification for the Shipment) after Shipment, within 5 (five) bank’s days from the moment the Seller sends to the Buyer fax or e-mail copy of the invoice on the payment.

The Seller has to confirm fact of Shipment by sending the following documents on e-mail of the Buyer:
1. Customs declaration;
2. Railroad bill of lading;
3. Phytosanitary Certificate;
4. Draft ocean bill of lading;
5. Packing list;
6. Certificate of origin.
