Treasury Officer Front Office (Cluster)

What are my responsibilities?
Responsibility for Treasury FX processes within MEA and activities such as:
* Collection and aggregation of Net Foreign Currency Position

* Internal and External FX Management including timely and accurate execution of Foreign Exchange- and Money Market transaction on behalf of the cluster companies with SFS TRE/ banks

* Control country currency manager and provide risk advisory towards Sectors/ divisions during and after offer stage
* Performing cash flow forecast and respective controlling
* Monitoring of limits for FX risks
* Complete monthly closing tasks such as revaluation and allocation of derivatives
* Comply, review, analyze, and record financial information of FX activities to generate FX reports to the Cluster Management
* Support Implementation of Currency Management System
* ACURAT 1st -Level support within MEA Cluster
* Support Finance Excellence Trainings (ACURAT, CCY Mgmt etc.)
* Administration of Siemens-internal payment infrastructure and authorizations
* Identify control weakness, detecting controls "Compliance Framework Para 8", communicate to Management, and operate in lead capacity in making remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls and mitigate risk.
* Support of exception management concerning treasury-related circulars
* Generating treasury reporting for MEA Cluster management
* Partial data delivery for analysis/deviation reporting in ADSTAR
* Ensure that Cluster TRE meets all internal and external reporting and control requirements.

Skills

What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Strong academic history, including a degree in Finance or Accounting
* Relevant professional 3-5 years experience in corporate treasury especially on hedging topics with treasury products such as debt, derivatives and short term investment within a financial service environment is required.
* Banking experience desirable and ability to work with a variety of different cultures
* International mobility necessary
* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* Applicants who are fluent in German will be preferred for this role
