We need a highly qualified Technical Support, have an experience in similar position
To provide assistance on computer hardware and software issues in order to ease and facilitate the workflow of Company''s employees.

To handle the incident management for purposes of maintaining records and problem solving.

To ensure that the hardware and software inventory correctly managed to satisfy Company''s business needs regarding technology equipment.

To investigate and provide solutions to all customer inquiries using all resources available to ensure costumers satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
1- Have minimum of 8 years Experience in similar position.

2- Perfect command of English Language both spoken and written.

3- Effective communication skills.

4- Problem solving skills.

5- MCSE is perefered.
