.Net Developer

Roles and Responsibilities: Build new systems with .NET 4.0 / ASP.NET / C# / SQL Server 2008
Develop new functionality on the organization’s existing software products
Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule
Testing and bug tracking experience
An understanding of W3C web standards and accessibility guidelines
Leading small, intermediate and large size projects
Developing custom applications and modifying existing applications to meet distinct and changing business requirements
Handling coding, debugging and documentation
Supporting the QA group in developing test plans and test scripts
Providing post-implementation and ongoing production support as an on-call programmer
Part of the job will involve maintaining and improving our current in-house system and IT infrastructure
Taking an active and leading role in the development of a new University System using the .Net framework

Job Qualifications
BSc. Degree in Engineering only
Preferred General Skills: Excellent oral/written communication skills, and interpersonal skills to support interaction with internal team members, and internal management
An ability to work in a fast-paced / dynamic team environment and possess time management skills to meet schedules
Dedication to a collaborative working style and the ability to work well in small teams
Forward-thinking with strong business sense
