To handle the introduction of new fixed assets into the company. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It may extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout

- General. Propose and implement work processes, procedures in compliance with Nestlé Engineering Excellence (NEE). Propose and control the project costs in accordance with the Capital Investment Guidelines.
- Conceptual Phase: Prepare and manage the approval process in accordance with the Guidelines for Capital Investment .
- Design Phase: Ensure that all assets are well designed and meet the business requirements through applying new technologies. Provide installations that are easy to clean. Ensure that the design is directed towards a low cost, highly efficient and flexible operation.
- Implementation phase: Ensure safe work sites at all times. Ensure that the scope, deliverables, performance and milestones are clearly detailed and agreed up. Prepare a project progress report on a monthly basis.
- Start-up/close out phase: Ensure that the project scope is fulfilled and in line with the client's expectations. Ensure that the operating, maintenance and cleaning staff is effectively trained. Ensure that the client gets a comprehensive project file with all the necessary drawings, manuals, certificates, updated asset register, etc., in including the final project report.
- Register the asset in Nestle Network after getting approval of Production, Quality and Marketing.

Skills

• 3-7 years experience in a technical field, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry (as Project Engineer or Project Manager, Industrial Services, M&I or E&A/MES Engineer, or equivalent positions)
• Participation in a Capital Investment Project workshop and Factory Engineering College.
• Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control (preferably including exposure to TPM - Total Performance Management, preventive maintenance planning and/or
maintenance execution)
• Supervision (on technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)
• Participation in the start-up of technical equipment's) and/or production line's) (preferably
including industrial services supply)
• Participation in multi-disciplinary teams that focuses in process, utilities or packing
optimization
• Manage his/her work following defined KPIs/Objectives, and proactively tracking them
• Commitment to a strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, safety, compliance and quality.
