• Win Xp Pro. Troubleshooting

• MS Office (Word, Excel And Outlook)troubleshooting.

• Maintains Anti-virus Clients.

• Maintains All Data Backup For Users.

• Troubleshoots Of Network Connectivity Issues.

• Troubleshoot And Repair Desktop And Laptop Computers, Printers Issues.

Qualifications:

• Strong Spoken and written English.

• Strong customer focus software support in Windows.

• Environment hardware support in Windows environment hardware.

• Software support in LAN.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced customer service and problem solving skills.

Experience: From 1 To 2 Years.
