Fleet Supervisor

• Achieve the required plan for the daily agents.
• Achieve the required plan for the distribution centers daily.
• Identifying the daily destination of each driver.
• Follow-up on licenses of cars.
• Follow-up on car breakdowns in the workshop.
• Review and approve invoices of transport offices
• Follow-up on preparation of daily and monthly reports of the drivers (commission - incentive - attendence - departure).
• Prepare a report to indicate the cost of pack.
• Follow up on the preparation of the reports indicating daily and monthly shipments from the plant (October - Tanash - Assiut).
• Prepare reports that highlight the number of daily and monthly shipments from each plant.
• Prepare reports that highlight comparisons between the results achieved and the previous results.
• Run periodic meetings with the fleet team.
• Resolve any cars’ breakdowns in distribution centers.
