Finance Director - East Africa

At the head of a finance department of 7 persons, you will be responsible for accounting, cost controlling, treasury/financing, IT, Human Resources, legal and fiscal matters. Your principal responsibilities will be to :

-Supervise daily accounting and treasury to optimise and control costs.
-Develop management tools and ensure timely reporting.
-Supervise the management of the HR department.
-Manage the IT department and ensure that the ERP runs smoothly to facilitate daily operations.

Who we are looking for:
For this position we are looking for a finance professional with at least 5 years experience as a Finance Manager with a multinational company, ideally in the transport industry. You understand how to manage in Africa and have a strong cost/inventory controlling background.

This position is based in East Africa in a politically stable country.
