- Offers alternative solutions, where appropriate, with the objective of retaining customers.
- Handles business transactions in connection with the activation of new customer accounts on a computer system.
- Communicates with customers, using web based tools, and demonstrates the associated language proficiency.
- Should have excellent communications skills with outstanding / native command of one of the following languages: French, English, Greek, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, and German.
