Customer Service - Bupa International
- Responsible for an assigned part of Deraya’s customers portfolio who purchased Bupa International insurance policies.
- Handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in regards to customers registration, billing inquires/reminders and customers questions and concerns.
- Must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle conflict resolution.
- Answer incoming calls in accordance with quality standards.
- Give the customer an orientation on how to register to and use Bupa MembersWorld.
- Place outgoing loyalty calls to remind the customer of his/her premiums collection dates and prompt any potential issues.
- Help the customer throughout the claiming or pre-authorization process with Bupa International and assist in any pending issues.
- Manage the customer renewal process including new quotations issuance, meeting the client and updating the CRM system with the renewal contract data.
- Complete all assigned tasks on the CRM system and make all the necessary documentations.
- Understand and utilize all resources available to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Process internal reports, recognizing applicable deadlines for completion.
- Communicate openly with supervisor and other team members to ensure accurate responses and to avoid duplication of efforts, etc.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Advanced computer skills, with professional use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Positive, service-oriented attitude with a commitment in offering superior service.
- Medical Background or Strong knowledge of the medical insurance industry is a plus.
