Assistant Branch Manager for Edita Food Industries

•Develop a strategic plan for the branch sales force to determine the activities required to achieve sales targets.
•Prepare periodic sales reports to ensure targets that were planned for in advance are met.
•Follow-up with Regional Sales Manager on periodic sales reports and take approval on branch needs
•Regularly review paperwork of sales force to ensure high level performance by following up their roadmap books, customer cards and daily reports.
•Follow-up on sales supervisors and report on sales visits including markets assessments to ensure they completely fulfill required duties.
•Hold regular meetings and motivate sales force to open new markets and deal with new customers to achieve better distribution of the product
•Perform market studies to determine the company’s products position in the market in comparison with competitive products.


•Bachelor degree in any discipline.
•Minimum 8 years of experience in selling fast moving goods.
•Ability to lead sales teams.
•Post graduate studies in sales management is an asset.
•Proficiency in computer use.
