Job Description
-Works as Optical Network customer support engineer CSE in Arabic Technical Assistance Center (Arabic TAC).
- Handling Customer Requests related to Optical Network Product Line
- Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Arabic TAC workflow and regulations.
- Accepting Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively according to SLA.
- Working in shifts if needed.
- If assigned, participate in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside Egypt
- Participating in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of Optical Network Product line.
- If assigned, provide Technical Supervision/tutoring for staff.
Job Qualifications
- 2 -4 years experience in related field.
- Bachelor degree in telecommunications engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Fluent of English.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High ability of fast learning and practice.
- Team player with good attitude and self motivated.
- Familiar with microwave principles.
- Familiar with SDH knowledge’s (ring protection, clock protection ..etc)
- Familiar with WDM principles
- Familiar with Ethernet principles
- Huawei Optical Network equipments awareness is a plus.
- Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel and work in 24* 7 shifts
- Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different.
