Junior Technical Support Representative
– Following up on CRM tickets opened by the call center with the customers to decrease customers down time and to make sure that the problem is totally solved, considering customer’s satisfaction.
– Supporting angry customers who couldnt reach our call center, or need extra support because of any bad experience they may have, troubleshoot their problems via phone, making sure that the problem is totally solved, and customer is satisfied.
– Notifies Supervisor & reports to him escalated issues to minimize customers downtime.
Qualifications
- Must hold a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- MCP, Basic Network Knowledge Certificate.
- CCNA and MCSE is a plus.
Education Major: Computer Science
Experience: 1 – 2 Years.
