Job Description
• Answer inbound calls as well as the outbound calls to assist customers who have specific inquiries or needs.
• Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service of the highest level to meet the company policy and standards in customer service or telesales.

Job Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a B.A.
• Experienced in the same position in a similar Call center.
• Pleasant and friendly mannerism.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good verbal and oral communication skills.
• A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
• Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances
• Ability to work well as part of a team
