Job Description



Handling Vodafone Customers Over the phone:



  • The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a Vodafone global customer experience standard.


Working Conditions:



  • 9 hours rotational within 8 a.m and 11 p.m. 2 days off

  • Work From Home 

  • Benefits: Net salary :- 5,200-5800 EGP + 1200-1800 KPI's 

  • Transportation is Provided Shadowing Period

  • Social and Medical Insurance

  • Mobile VPN line
