Job Description



We are looking for Customer Success Specialist with a great understanding to the employment market. He/She will be responsible a wide range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding, and training clients, and minimizing churn. 


As a Customer Success Specialist , You should also be able to provide insights to our client on recent business trends and improve customer experience through product support and tailored solutions


Main Duties 



  • Develops a customer relationship that promotes product or solution usage, retention, loyalty, and customer satisfaction.

  • Acts as a point of contact between the client and other internal teams in regard to the clients’ feedback.

  • Follows up with the clients on the vacancies’ status and follows/optimizes the workflow to adhere to the needed KPIs, targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging effectively and finding value in our services

  • Work closely with Sales team and other Technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal with the assistance from the sales team

  • Drive upgrade revenue through increased product adoption and increased usage





Job Requirements




  • At least 1-year of experience in recruitment or Call Center field

  • Previous experience with online recruitment is a bonus

  • Good experience with CRM tools

  • Superior phone Communication skills

  • Attention to details
