Job Description



Responsibilities & Duties:



  • Reviewing Consumables availability, prepare purchase requisition for re-order supply.

  • Checking quality, quantity & expiration date for receiving supply

  • Supervising OR storekeepers activities

  • Charge external supplies on patient.

  • Send external supplies form (for on-shelf supplies) to main store and follow up.

  • Review stock issue.

  • Follow up with purchasing for pending PO’s

  • Making store ready for physical inventory.





Job Requirements



Job Specifications:



  • Education : University Certificate

  • Experience: 3 years experience at least in the same position ( Health Care is a plus)

  • Training : Store Management

  • Skills:Excel , Word , English

  • Competencies :

  • Technical Competencies: Leadership skills , SAP is a plus

  • General Competencies: Communicating Effectively, Team Work, Working Under pressure.
