-Acquires new customers by reaching out to leads


-Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers


-Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs


-Adjusts sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field


-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships


-Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction


-Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule


-Minimum 4 demonstration a week  


-Follow sales planner & submit sales debrief form regularly




Job Requirements

_Bachelor’s degree of Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering


-Solid academic studies on software & networking


-Strong selling, communication, negotiation, & persuasion skills


-Active listening skills


-Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills


-Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs


-Highly motivated and target driven


-Prospecting skills


-Territory management aptitude


-Patience to deal with customer issues and calls that do not end in a sale


-Post-Sale relationship management


-Strong knowledge of standard software packages such as word processing, Excel, Power point in addition to the ability to learn company-specific software if required such as ERP/CRM


- Have a driving License
