Job Description:
Handle administrative requests and queries.
Organize and schedule daily office needs.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Receive, sort and distribute the mails.
Handle multiple tasks.
Cover the reception desl when required.
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.

Qualifications:
Gender : Female.
Years of Experience : Fresh grads to 2 years of experience.
Age : 20-25 years old.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and after working hours.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Strong Organizational skills.
Attention to details.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
