Job description:
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations;
Developing innovative solutions, resolving design and development problems;
Assessing the potential risks of specific projects following HIALs Safety Management System as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles;
Developing a project specification, often including those from other engineering disciplines;
Obtain competitive/negotiated tenders, and recommend appointments for external consultants and contractors to be engaged by the Company for works projects;
Put together proposals/business cases;
Managing, supervising and visit contractors on site and advise on electrical and mechanical issues;
Communicate and liaise effectively with colleagues, contractors, consultants;
Think both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems;
Manage budgets and other project resources;

Qualifications:
Gender: Male
Bachelor Degree: Electrical or mechanical engineer
Years of Experience: above 20 Years
