Researches the prices of international and local competitors in the country, prepares comparison table and shares it with teams.
Monitors the store's over capacity values, actual and final occupancy rates, turnover rates and ideal section occupancy rates closely. Shares the action suggestions with planning teams when there is a condition which is not in accordance with the standards and estimates.
Monitors the product price adjustments performances closely and sends action suggestions to the relevant planning and operations teams when an intervention is needed in relation to our position at the market in terms of pricing strategy.
Makes visits to competitor company, monitors the applications on the collections of competitor companies. Evaluates the applicability of product groups which the competitors have but the company does not have in their own stores with Country and shares them with product and planning teams.
Carries out his works in accordance with the procedures, memoranda, customer values and legal legislations.
Makes sure that the training needs are determined and participates in the training and development programs.
Experience Background : Preferably retail or reputable companies
Years of Experience: 4-6 years
Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
Age range: 20 - 30 years old
