Credit Manager- by Top Business

Job Description:
Manage, monitor and control the credit and collection functions
Coordinate with all departments who generate leads
Give final loan approval depending on authority level
Ensure smooth workflow and reduced turnaround time
Conduct daily and monthly reports
Supervise collection staff
Manage, monitor, and control the credit team
Follow up on the collection portfolio with credit and collection staff
Maintain a healthy loan portfolio and delinquency levels
Recommend amendments to credit policy as deemed necessary
Abide by group policies and procedures

Qualifications:
Academic Qualifications : Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related fields
Required Language : Excellent Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Work experience : 5 to 7 years of experience in Retail banking, specifically Credit
Ability to travel for training​ is a MUST
