Head of National Park Service- by Top Business

Job Description:
Scheme licenses, including adherence to all domestic and international regulatory requirements
Setting strategic direction for the NPS in line with objectives agreed with the non-executive team
Scheme development (product, organisation, rules, risk, processing arrangements, international acceptance, etc.)
Internal P&L ownership for the NPS
Setting and monitoring of KPIs for all scheme activities
Management of all external stakeholder groups (issuers, acquirers, regulators, other governmental and other card schemes)

Job Requirements:
Education: Finance or business degree, MBA preferred, PHD optimal
Work experience: 15+ years in senior role(s) within a domestic or international card scheme and / or experience working within a issuing or acquiring bank in a leadership role
Fluent in Arabic & English, strong cultural knowledge of Egyptian market
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Excellent leadership skills
