Director, Scheme Management & Legal Affairs

Job Description:
Establishing & monitoring NPS procedures, licenses, rules, policies & standards
Ensuring that customers’ programs comply with the NPS rules & regulations
Assessing customer risk & AML and providing compliance programs that balance risk with growth opportunities
Executing policy & educational initiatives that address legislative, regulatory & reputational risk
Defending against litigation & regulatory challenges

Requirements:
Education : Contract / Competition law or Finance / Business degree, MBA preferred
Work experience : 15+ years in financial services, dealing with legal, regulatory & policy matters in Law department, Audit firm or Banking sector, experience in card payments & international exposure is a clear advantage
Fluent in Arabic & English
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills
