Sales Manager is needed for a big real estate company located in Heliopolis

Job description:
Offer advice and motivate their agents to close sales.
Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals
Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
Assist the organization gain a better market share by identifying, recommending and implementing improved selling and marketing strategies
Recruit and interview new sales agents
Supervise real estate sales agents
Stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.

Qualifications:
Age range: 35 & Above years old.
Experience Background: Not less than 5 years’ experience in the Real Estate Field, and not less than 2 years’ experience as team leader OR sales manager Preferably in brokerage
Years of Experience: 4-6
Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
