Hear and resolve complaints fromcustomers and public.
File and maintain records.
Provide information about establishment such as
location of departments or offices, employees withinthe organization, or services provided.
Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
Experience as a Receptionist is an asset - Bachelor degree at any related filed
