Logistics operations Coordinator needed for Directions

Job Description

• Handling complete accounts ensuring delivery on time at the right location
• Ensuring correct documentation is available on time
• Tracking/tracing shipments from pickup to delivery
• Daily/Weekly tracking reports
• Delivering KPI reports and maintaining records
• Ensuring Invoicing process for handled shipments is correct and on time• Following up with client on pending invoices

Skills

• 1-3 years’ experience in Logistics operations
• Bachelor Degree or equivalent,
• Very Good command of English
• Excellent Computer skills
• Well organized and good communication skills
