Implement objectives setting and cascading cycle supported by workflow chart, templates, dashboard and any related reports.
Tracking company’s objectives achievements.
Prepare objectives dashboards based on pre-approved strategies.
Support in increasing employees awareness on company’s strategic vision, mission and corporate objectives.
Ensure that each employee well oriented with his/her current and next objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities Include
Supervise performance appraisal cycle
Work on HRIS - performance management module
Work on HRIS - objectives module
Supervise archiving the appraisal forms
Provide status reports
Follow up on the automation of the whole cycle of objectives & performance management as well(with HRIS Team)
6-8 years' relevant experience in Performance Management & objectives cascading.
Fluency in English; spoken and written.
PHR, HR diploma or any related professional certificates.
