Technical Support Representative needed for Teleconnect

Job Description
- Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding Network issues, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction and close case. Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.

Requirements
- CCNA Background.
- Very good command of English Language.
- Fresh Graduate.

Work conditions
- Working location at Nasr city “Preferably living in Cairo”.
- 9 working hours & 2 days off.
- Dress: Smart Casual.
