Job Description

- Confer with users to investigate and resolve applications problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
- Observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
- Train users on the proper use of Company Applications.
- Help development team to test new products & customization.
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors the support operation to solve technical or business operations problems if exists.

Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce or related education
- Knowledge of ERP systems and business applications is a must
- Knowledge of SQL and programming concept is a must
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar field
-Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing)
