Job Description

-Manage and coordinate production, maintenance, R & D, and quality control activities
- Review production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Plan, organize and manage all manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and the effective use of manpower.
- Develop and implement quality control systems
- Analyze production, quality control and maintenance reports to detect production gaps
- Monitor daily work flow and review work methods and procedures
- Review and submit monthly reports and KPI’s
- Review and provide feedback on plant costs and expenses
- Conduct weekly, monthly meetings with the factory staff to discuss progress, status and identify issues, obstacles and potential risks.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among the factory staff.
- Develop an effective training plan for all departments and ensure its execution.
- Ensure continuous improvement of the factory
-Follow up and solve administrative and legal issues that might occur
- Develop and implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures and manpower cost.
-Ensure that the waste removal process is done timely and effectively.
