Job Purpose:
-Handling customers’ calls following agreed scripts and processes to guarantee consistency and meeting of global requirements and standards.
-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
-Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
-Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
-Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
-Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
-Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
-Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.

Benefits:

- Monthly Gross salary: starting from 1400 EGP up till 2800 EGP
- Rotational shifts; 8 hours (Break: Half an hour)
- 3 Shifts for Males
- Two Shifts Maximum Till 10 PM for Females
- 2 days off on rotational basis.

- Fluent English or German with Clear Accent .
