Office Manager needed at MC Egypt

MC Egypt is looking for an Office Manager (Male/Female) to support the company operations.

Qualifications include:

Min. 3 years of office management experience; bookkeeping, banking, and/or cashiering experience highly desirable. Degree in business, management, accounting, or a relevant business field is desirable. Excellent negotiation and representation skills. Strong computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel. Accuracy in the processing of cash transactions, mathematical aptitude, and attention to detail. Independent thinker with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills; able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Demonstrated attention to detail, able to follow procedures, and works independently and cooperatively with an international team.Excellent oral and written English and Arabic skills. Proven ability to solve problems without direct supervision

Responsibilities include:

Admin: Ensure the cleanliness and proper functioning of the office including space usage/office design, office supplies, internet, phones and credit, equipment, furniture, garden and garden furniture, and maintenance. Identify appropriate accommodation and/or office space as required. Make travel arrangements for staff and visitors. Ensure guest visits are successfully coordinated. Assist with official paperwork such as visa issuance/renewal, company registration, and other legal documentation. Perform office reception duties. Maintain office filing system. Maintain Contract Management Database and prepare lease agreements and service contracts. Assist in preparing and implementing administrative and management policies and procedures. Ensure proper functioning of internet and all computers and related equipment. Maintain office supplies inventory (stationary; kitchen and bathroom supplies). Organise translation and printing. Responsible for asset management. Supervise Office Cleaner.

HR: Responsible for HR procedures including but not limited to: recruitment, new staff orientation, staff database, timesheets & leave tracking, benefits management, training, personnel files, liaising with lawyers/labour officials, sourcing/contracting consultants. Assist with: policy development, performance management, training and staff development.

Finance: Maintain custody of the office petty cash fund.Support Finance with photocopying, data entry, and preparing and filing cash vouchers.
