HR Specialist needed for EVA Pharma

Job Description

1. Assists in Developing a healthy organizational culture, effective organization communication, enhances organization performance management system.
? Assists in creating & drafting job descriptions that accurately describe job purpose, scope of responsibility and prerequisites.
? Organizes and updates organizational structure manual that includes allocation of approved responsibilities for different functions and processes.
? Conducts surveys to measure employee satisfaction, working environment, tangible and intangible motivators.
? Assists in monitoring the annual performance appraisals process.
? Assists in executing the OSC process, analyzes results and develops statistical findings and reports.
? Assists in monitoring the development of the individual operating plan process. (Preliminary Workshops, OSC delivery dates, Meeting with consultants, etc)

2. Executes programs on employee’s motivation, satisfaction, career development and succession.
? Searches, inspects and evaluates other development programs in different business markets (int’l & local) and compiles Stakeholders’ opinion. (e.g. STARS Program, Succession planning program, Rewards & Recognition program, .etc)
? Assists in developing program action plans/ manuals.
? Participates in creating awareness for the newly applied systems. (e.g Posters, Portal, EVA Magazine..etc)
? Assists in the implementation of correct procedures and gives feedback.

3. Assists in Familiarizing new employees with jobs, coworkers and organizational policies and services.
? Conducts a comprehensive “Induction Program” for all new hired employees that include the basic background information about EVA Phrama and information needed to perform their jobs adequately.
4. Assists in maintaining high performance work environment that value interpersonal relationship for better work life balance
? Participates in arranging social events as well as other various employee relation activities.
? Provides new ideas for activities that can contribute to increased interpersonal relationships.
5. Dedicates 10% of monthly working hours for factories visits to ensure implementation of OD & training policies, processes and projects in HQ and other factories.
6. Represents the company in any event or performs other duties as assigned.


? Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant discipline, with course work in organizational development, organizational management, human resources, psychology or a related field.
