An internal auditor evaluates an organization's internal controls, processes, policies and mechanisms to ensure that they are adequate, effective and in compliance with regulatory principles, industry standards and corporate guidelines. An audit specialist follows generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS) or (CIA) or (SOCPA) or (IIA) in testing or reviewing a company's, or a departments, controls. A control is a set of instructions that senior management sets up to avoid operational losses due to theft, error or technology breakdowns. A control is adequate if it explains in detail procedures to perform tasks, assign duties, report problems and perform evaluations. An effective control remedies control breakdowns appropriately. Job Requirements, Qualifications & Competencies
Job Description
? Education: Master of Auditor.
? Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates): CPA/CFA is an advantage.
? Experience: 7 – 10 years
? Knowledge:
o The holder of this job position is preferred to have knowledge in the following areas: Finance and accounting processes.
? Skills:
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and multi-tasking skills, sound judgment and proficiency in technology tools and systems. He/she should also be detail-oriented, observant and has the ability to deal with sensitive issues and information. Working condition & other Information
? Job location will be on the different sites of the company
? Travel maybe required
? Normal working hours :
o Saturday to Thursday: from 8 am – 4:30 pm. One break 30 minutes
o Friday is a weekend holiday.

Supervisory responsibility
? IAM manager will have the authority to perform the audit on all internal processes related to IAM functions, and to provide recommendations for improvements.
? IAM is responsible to follow-up with departments' managers the implementation of performance management system and the IAD development plan.
