Initiative Coordinator needed for HeGTA

The Healthcare Governance & Transparency Association (HeGTA) was founded in 2011 with the vision to promote governance and transparency. HeGTA is convinced that these subjects will have substantial positive impact on enabling healthcare reform and creating investment opportunities in the healthcare sector. Eventually, this will lead to improved accountability, equality, fairness, efficiency and quality in healthcare. To achieve these goals, HeGTA works on creating awareness, facilitates the dissemination of information and informs key-decision makers and leaders about governance and transparency.

We are seeking a responsible male candidate, preferably with an interest in governance and transparency, to currently assist us in coordinating HeTGA’s initiatives. We are seeking a candidate with the future potential of growing with our organization and assuming the responsibilities of the Executive Director in the long term.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- University graduate with 2-3 years of working experience
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills
- Administrative and organization skills
- Presentation skills
- Ability to travel throughout Egypt
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Marketing and research skills
- Preferably owns a car

Terms of employment: One year contract to be renewed.
