Job Description

• Leads and Develops the Finance Department Organization
• Develops Sustainable Financial and Accounting Systems
• Provides and interprets financial information;
• Develops Strategic Revenue Management System
• Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicts future trends;
• Analyzes change and advises accordingly;
• Researches and reports on factors influencing business performance;
• Analyses competitors and market trends;
• Develops financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risks;
• Conducts reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• Manages a company's financial accounting, monitors and reporting systems;
• Liaises with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• Develops external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue;
• Produces accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• Manages budgets;
• Arranges new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities;
• Keeps abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
• Handles reporting taxes and dealing with taxation authorities


Post graduated studies are preferred (CPA, CMA)
Record of strong results in Past Experience with regards to Business Financial Management and Leadership

Minimum of 5 years in Financial Management (Depending on qualifications)

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and reporting of financial data.
