Job Description:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company’s strategic business plans.
• Collaborate with end users and senior management to define business requirements for complex systems development and gain buy-in for all Applications plans.
• Provide architectural consulting expertise, direction, and assistance to Systems Analysts, Systems Engineers.
• Document and develop in-depth knowledge of company’s existing IT architecture, and technology portfolio.
• Develop and manage an infrastructure capacity plan.
• Develop, document, communicate, and enforce a technology standards policy.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies in support of applications’ development efforts, and recommend technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and flexibility.
• Develop, document, make recommendations, and communicate plans for investing in IT infrastructure, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities.
• Design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
• Review new and existing IT projects, systems designs, and procurement/outsourcing plans for compliance with IT standards and architectural plans.
• Develop and execute test plans to check infrastructure and systems technical performance. Report on findings and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide guidance to Solutions and ERP Operations team members.

Skills:
-Bsc. Of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Commerce.
-12 years of relevant extensive experience of which at least 3 years as Director of Applications for a leading ERP Application preferably Oracle and/or SAP.
-Software development background.
