Job description:
Reporting both to the Country Manager and to the Corporate Human Resources Manager, you will have to set up and coordinate the Human Resources policy and ensure that Company international standards are met. Key accountabilities include:
- Managing employee development activities including induction of new staff, developing appraisal system, analyzing training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of the same;
- Overseeing local recruitment both for the head-office and for the site;
- Maintaining HR records in the appropriate manner;
- Managing labor and union relations activities;
- Administrating compensation and benefit plans in compliance with Company standards;
- Preparing all the reports for HQ and local authorities if necessary;
- Implementing community relations policies;
- Elaborating an audit system of the performances to identify non-compliances with HR system.

Who we are looking for:
With a University degree in Human Resources or in Business Administration, you have a minimum of 10 years experience with a proven-track in human resources management in Egypt.

A strong previous experience in the prefabricated products, solutions for building and infrastructure projects is necessary but we will consider candidates coming from any related areas with heavy industry issues (cement, steel, ....).

It is important to have been exposed to complex and challenging environments.

You'll possess fluent verbal and written Arabic and English language skills.
