We are looking to recruit a Specialty Leasing Executive - Promotions and Media for the Festival Centre Specialty Leasing team in Cairo Festival City.

The role will be responsible for Implementation of Specialty Leasing Plan (Promotions & Media), Business Development, License Negotiation, Retail Presentation Standards, Communication with Lessees, Business Correspondence and Promotion Literature.

Skills

Candidates applying to this position will have a degree in Business Management or in a related discipline
The ideal candidate will be required to possess a strong working knowledge of leasing aspects in the real estate business. Additional to this you must possess:
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in Real Estate, sales and marketing or in a similar field
- In depth knowledge and experience in leasing of large sized multi usage properties
- A good understanding of the regional and local real estate development market
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
