Job Description

• Implements strategies to grow Rieckermann’s plastics processing machinery business and market share.
• Visits existing and prospective customers in Egypt for the purpose of sustaining and growing market share and promoting the company’s machinery sales.
• Plans, coordinates and makes sales presentations to inform, persuade, and conclude business orders.
• Learns, develops and implements new ways for the company to differentiate itself in the marketplace.
• Prepare discussion and visiting reports
• Maintains complete customer files and maintains appropriate customer and prospect information


• Engineering degree, preferably 3-5 years work experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Business Development
• Plastics processing and related machinery and services experience.
• Industrial/commercial sales and business experience preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: Communication and Interpersonal — Crisp, clear verbal skills, effective listening skills; effective facilitation skills; demonstrates high energy and models behaviors to motivate clients and others.
• The candidate will interface with Leaders in the Plastics Industry. The candidate has a persistent drive for results, utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• Strategic Thinking Ability to make sound business judgments related to strategic sales and marketing philosophies and initiatives.
• Solid negotiation skills; Experience in preparing estimates and professional proposals
