Senior Facilities Manager needed for Futtaim Group Egypt

About the Job:
We are seeking to hire a Senior Facilities Manager, who will be responsible for design and development, setting up and maintenance of the Festival Centre by participating right from the stage of project handover to the subsequent day to day operations, with the objective of ensuring a smooth, cost effective and high quality operations of the Festival Centre facilities as well as protecting the assets of the investor.

About You:
As a Senior Facilities Manager you will be holding a Bachelors Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent. The ideal candidate will have solid experience and a track record of at least 12 years in a multi outlet retail setup or hospitality industry.Along with solid experience in having managed, selected and appointed professionals, contractors and consultants. Excellent communications skills is a must.
