Job Description:
1. Issue operational and functional testing procedures, according to the testing strategy specified by the engineering department as per each product file.
2. Report to direct manager suggested production re-scheduling and priorities as a result of equipment failure or operating problems.
3. Direct activities concerned with application and maintenance of Quality Standards for production processes and products to ensure the quality and speed of performance.
4. Monitor personnel engaged in measuring and testing incoming materials (electronics or mechanical), sub-assembled, and finished product for recording the results and data to ensure product quality and reliability.
5. Conduct skill gap analysis for production personnel to set their training needs on periodic basis to improve personnel skills & efficiency.
6. Examine production documents to ensure that all assembly, inspection, and testing steps were performed according to specifications, and notify the manager with any discrepancy or violation.
7. Develop statistics by calculating the percentage of defective products, record inspection data in order to make the proper analyses leading to proper problems handling.
8. Develop proper solutions to errors in coordination with the direct manager, then control the implementation of the solutions, aiming for continuous improvement for the product quality.
9. Take the decision for the non-conforming PCB’s & products either to be repaired or to be destroyed.
Job Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
• University degree – Engineering, Electronics/ Mechanical.
• Up to 2 years experience in quality control of production.

• Knowledge of (6 sigma) and the like new quality control techniques.

• Good verbal & written communication skills.
