Job Description:
1. Perform month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements.
2. Perform controls evaluation and ensure correctness of accounting records.
3. Liase with auditor to perform year end audit.
4. Ensure credit control policies are applied.
5. Monitor the cash position of the company on daily basis.
6. Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
7. Responds to inquiries from the director of finance, controller, and other finance and firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
8. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
9. Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.

Skills:
Good communication and leadership with numerate and analytical skills, results oriented and problem solving approach to his work.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
