We are seeking to hire a Feasibility Analyst; the successful candidate will develop, update and report financial feasibility models, cash flow projections, budget monitoring, and market analysis, for new and existing projects of the Group's Real Estate division in Cairo

About You:

As a Feasibility Analyst your background will be in corporate finance including advanced financial modelling skills, valuations and exposure to project evaluation and business case preparation; The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of the construction/development and real estate industry, including hospitality, commercial, retail, residential and infrastructure developments in addition to 2 -3 years of experience in a similar position; Strong communication and report writing skills, with fluent verbal and written communication in English. CFA certification would be a plus.
