Major Responsibilities:

· Run Data Acquisition as a business unit, managing direct costs, key KPIs and profitability

· Liaise with Egypt Business Leadership to understand their needs and address them through Data Acquisition plans and execution.

· Work closely with other sub regional Data Acquisition leaders to share best practices and learning for overall development of Data Acquisition in the region.

· Lead and motivate a significant field based workforce to achieve their objectives

· Coordinate and implement innovation projects in collaboration with other stakeholders

· Propose ideas to manage the existing business and future growth and further ensure that the Data Acquisition organization is positioned to enable business growth

· Our key result areas would be People/ Quality/ Processes/ Financials / innovation.


· 12+ years working experience and at least 2-3 years of experience in senior operations roles (advantage if MBA).

· Experience at creating and managing large teams.

· Strong operations orientation - with focus on process and detail

· Extremely client-focused and proactive and work effectively within a team environment.

· Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate to all levels effectively

· Entrepreneurial, multi-tasking, team-focused, analytical, versatile, innovative, resourceful, and ambitious.

· A mature team player who is simultaneously independent, energetic, entrepreneurial, aggressive, and proactive.

· Good interpersonal skills with a hands-on and results-oriented personal style.

· Strategic thinker with ability to execute tactically in a fast paced environment.

· Capable of providing passionate, ethical, disciplined and committed leadership within a dynamic, challenging, and matrixed organizational environment.

· Capable of commanding the respect and cooperation of subordinates, headquarters management, partners, and clients.

· Above all, must have unquestioned personal integrity and professional ethics.

· Fluency in English & Arabic
