Job Description:
- Responsible for carrying out and assisting in administrative and secretarial work pertaining to the IT Training division as well as assisting the division manager in his various responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Issue, Implement& activate all the operational documents concerning reports, follow-ups, inquires, claims, requests&…etc.
- Full capacity on organizing assigned Training Programs Administrative work.
- Assist in preparing training programs outlines with full description.
- Deal with the students opinion surveys.
- Apply the division quality standards, Instructors relations . . .etc.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Assist in all office work, draft, type , photocopy all required documents, and answers routine correspondence, receive, classify, and distribute mail, (including confidential documents).
2. Receive phone calls, answer or direct them to appropriate channels.
3.Prepare agenda for committee/departmental meetings, take minutes, and maintain records of the minutes of department and committee meetings.
4.Collects and compiles statistics and information from identified sources when required.
5. Assist in designing, implementing and analyzing evaluation surveys on the training operational Handbook.
6. Assist in updating and issuing the annual training operation Handbook.
7. Receiving clients, employees and visitors and handling their inquiries/requests.

Job Qualifications:
- IT Background is a plus.
- 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Team work oriented.
- Flexible working hours and weekends in order to match the sales targets.
- Availability to attend all required trainings inside and outside Egypt as per each training requirement.
- Share and assist in all marketing, clients and BD periodic opinion surveys.
- Transferring expertise: Conveying knowledge, insights and expertise to others in a formal and informal way through sessions set up for that purpose, by sharing knowledge with others, and by giving demonstrations.

Behavioral indicators:
- Handle demonstrations and any required information to the client in addition to teach others and Share knowledge.
- Work closely with the sales people in the relevant departments and develop strong working relationships with them.
