Sales Manager needed at Aria Systems
- Generates new business leads via cold calling, follows up on marketing campaigns and sets up qualified appointments with prospects.
- Identifies and qualifies legitimate sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships.
- Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, and works with the Client Services team to ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Builds a sales pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
- Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develops and implements sales plans and activities.
- Learns about Aria technologies, keeping up to date with the new Service Portfolio and market trends.
- Keeps all accounts and prospect information timely and up-to-date in Aria's CRM system for prospect/client/sales tracking purposes.
- Executes business plan for assigned territory.
- Meets assigned sales quota in territory.
- Communicates on a regular basis with all appropriate internal directors.
Job Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or MBA with at least 8-10 years experience in a related position.
- The proven ability to meet and exceed quotas while working in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
- In-depth understanding of the Apparel Industry and the related software technologies required to sell complex solutions.
- Ability to clearly articulate business issues and solutions and negotiate at a senior management level.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Strong Interpersonal & phone skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Broad knowledge of and an interest in current Apparel business challenges, products and sales practices.
- Highly self-motivated and self-directed personality.
- Proven track record of selling technology solutions to the Apparel Industry.
