Sales Support Manager is needed for Nestle Egypt

• Achieve sales target including volume, value and any other quantitative target set by management through leading, coaching and supporting the sales team.

• Support regional sales managers/supervisors to achieve the desired sales-objectives.

• Supervise and ensuring the implementation of the channel and customer development programs on a national level.

• Monitor market monthly and annual returns and reporting the situation to the concerned parties hence ensuring not to exceed the preset target on a regional/national level.

• Propose distribution targets including NPDs and monitoring the actual achievement on a national level.

• Monitor shortage, credit collection on a national level and reporting the situation to the NSM.

• Propose the Plan-O-Grams and enforcing their execution on a national level in addition to monitoring visibility and merchandising on a national level.

• Set the criteria and monitoring the placement of P.O.P at outlets on a national level to track all details and to have the first hand in solving any upcoming issue.

• Contribute to the annual TTS proposals & monitoring the actual spent on a national level also ensuring the implementation of consumer & trade promotions at a national level.

• Contribute to the medium/long term business planning cycles and the commercial planning process.

• Assist in setting ice cabinets’ targets and placements in addition to monitoring and reporting their performance.

• Handle the Rolling sales Forecast, the dynamic Forecast and monitoring stocks.

• Manage all sales admin related reports and splits and the performance of distributors data base.

Skills

• Min. experience of 3-4 years in related field.

• Experience in the Sales and marketing processes.

• Experience in market localization.

• B.sc University Degree in Business administration or related field.

• Strong and solid knowledge of sales operation and strategy.

• Strong knowledge of Marketing principles.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles.

• Managing cross functional departments.

• Strong Agency management knowledge.

• Strong Trade knowledge.
