IN/VAS Engineer
- Working as a Customer Service Engineer in the Technical Assistance Center for Customers in MENA Region.
- Accepting Customer technical problems, Responding & resolving them quickly & effectively.
- If assigned, participating in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside Egypt.
- Sharing the team in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of Application &Software Product line.
- Performing periodic update of customer/Network related information.
- Generating Periodic Business Reports.
- If assigned, providing Technical Supervision/tutoring for staff.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Intelligent Network / Value added service support.
- Unix / Sun Solaris Linux experience is a must ( RHCE , LPIC certificate is a plus).
- Database administration experience (Informix / Oracle) is a must.
- Signaling SS7 knowledge.
- Network /Security/AAA.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Customer oriented and team player.
- Has the ability to work with different reporting schemes.
